emotional well-being. Through fun, hands-on activities like singing, songwriting, drumming, and
karaoke, students will learn techniques for calming their minds and finding their voices.
Breathing exercises, tapping, and chakra toning will provide a foundation for relaxation and
mindfulness.
Designed to be uplifting and inclusive, this program promotes positivity and kindness while
teaching students valuable life skills for dealing with stress. By connecting with music, they’ll
gain confidence, discover new ways to express themselves, and build a supportive community
